The restaurant Taman opened its doors in April 2017 and has paved the way for organic-based eateries in Slovenia. Food is the primary medicine and the best prevention for contemporary diseases – this is the mantra of Dr. Sebastjan Perko, Dr. dent. med., investor and owner of Taman.
The organic garden on Nazorjeva Street is nothing like a “regular little restaurant” – it is part of a holistic view of the world that is also at the heart of the stories of Ustna Medicina and Studio Maha (a workout and relaxation space and holistic Ayurvedic center), located just a stone’s throw away from Taman. The common mission of all three businesses is to look after today and tomorrow, while incorporating all the elements that shape our reality.
The restaurant Taman is made up of a small team of friendly and skilled individuals.
At the moment, the person orchestrating this beautiful symphony is Erik Božič, whose main mission is to develop our story further, so that it will continue to benefit us all for a long, long time to come.
